Join Maria Loebach for a guided meditation walk. This experience offers a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and step out of the busy-ness of daily life.
We’ll begin by gathering at the Visitor Center with a short introduction and grounding practice. From there, we’ll move into a gentle, mostly silent walk with simple prompts to guide your awareness. We’ll end with time for quiet reflection and optional journaling to help integrate your experience, followed by optional sharing.
This is a relaxed and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, notice what’s present, and find a sense of calm and clarity.
