Steven Marks

Steven is a graduate of UCLA and UCLA School of Law. He's been a member of the Alaska Bar Association, the Oregon Bar Association, and is the Founder of Portland Historic Properties. He's lived in Mt. Tabor with his wife and two children since 1990.
